Steamed Spinach In The Microwave
You’ll love to have this recipe in your back pocket for times when you want to add a bit of greens to your family’s meal. It couldn’t be easier to prep! Just grab a microwave-safe dish with a lid. You can pack it full of spinach and the veggies will cook down in the microwave. This makes it easy to get plenty of servings of dark greens.
And you can add a variety of seasonings for flavor. After cooking in the microwave, sprinkle in salt, pepper, and garlic powder. These classic seasonings will go with any main course you’re serving. Or try different flavors by topping the spinach with onion powder, paprika, or even a pinch of nutmeg. So many options!
