Oatmeal Raisin Microwave Mug Cake (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
Instructions
- Put melted butter, honey and egg in a mug. Whisk with a fork until well blended.
- Add oats, cinnamon and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Add raisins and mix until incorporated.
- Put the mug in a microwave and cook on High for 90 seconds.
Absolutely delicious recipe! Very quick and easy to make too! Make this with semi-sweet chocolate chips and it takes like an oatmeal chocolate chip muffin! Great recipe if you’re trying to reduce gluten in your diet, like yours truly, and if you need a sweet treat after dinner! Would definitely recommend this to others!
