Oreos AND cheesecake?! Yes! These Oreo Cheesecake Cookies are so simple to make and taste just as good as they sound. Your whole family will love these yummy, gooey Oreo and cheesecake-flavored cookies.
Oreo Cream Cheese Cookies
The cheesecake flavor in these cookies comes from cream cheese. Isn’t that such a cool baking hack? So you can enjoy the smooth, creamy flavor of cheesecake by just adding some cream cheese to the dough. It all goes in the food processor. Such an easy recipe!
If you don’t have a food processor, you can mix all the ingredients up by hand. We do recommend crushing the Oreo cookies with a rolling pin. Simply place the cookies in a large baggie and seal it up. Use a rolling pin to crush the cookies by rolling back and forth across the bag. Once the cookies are crumbly, pour the contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add the additional ingredients and you’re all set to bake!

Drop cookie dough onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. As needed, use fingers to shape dough into circles. This recipe makes about 12 cookies.
