How To Make Parmesan Crusted Cod Fish

Start out by preheating your oven to 425 degrees and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the fish from sticking to the baking sheet and make clean-up much easier.

Next, crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it up.

Add your dry ingredients to another bowl: parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Use a fork to stir up and combine all the ingredients. Then pour onto a plate or shallow bowl.

Coat each cod fillet in the egg then the dry ingredients. Place on baking sheet with plenty of space between each fillet.

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
