How To Make Pear And Gorgonzola Salad
Add 4 oz of (pre-washed) mixed greens to a big salad bowl.
Wash a pear, then slice the pear and cut into small pieces. Add pear to the bowl.
Sprinkle in walnuts and gorgonzola cheese crumbles.
