How To Make Sautéed Arugula
It’s such a simple method! Start by heating a nonstick skillet to high heat. Add (pre-washed) arugula and olive oil.
Once the oil starts to sizzle, turn the heat down to medium high and mix arugula in the skillet.
Cook for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Now it’s time to season. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Or use any seasonings you prefer.
Mix up the seasonings and arugula, then remove from heat. Use spatula to move arugula from the skillet to a serving plate.
