How To Make Shake N Bake Pork Chops In Air Fryer

Prep the air fryer basket by spraying the inside with a light coat of nonstick cooking spray.

Add the contents of the Shake N Bake (Original Blend) packet to a gallon baggie. Next add pork chops to the bag and close it up. Shake the contents of the bag, making sure that the pork chops are coated completely in the breading and seasonings.

Remove pork chops from the bag and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, pausing halfway through cooking time to flip the pork chops over.

Once cooking time is over, check the internal temperature of the pork chops to ensure that they are cooked through. The temperature on a meat thermometer should read at least 165 degrees. If not, cook the pork chops for another 3 minutes and check the temperature again.

After cooking, remove pork chops from air fryer and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into them or serving.

Cooking Tips

  • Nonstick spray is totally optional, it just keeps the breading from sticking to the air fryer basket. Alternatively, you can brush the basket with vegetable oil or omit altogether
  • Be sure to flip the pork halfway through cooking time to ensure even browning on both sides
