How To Make Turkey Bacon In The Oven

Prep the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Lay bacon slices out in a single layer on prepped baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

Once cooking time is over, turn off oven and remove baking sheet. Use tongs to move bacon from sheet to serving plate.

  • Covering the baking sheet in parchment paper or aluminum foil makes clean-up much easier
  • If you prefer crispier bacon, just add a minute or two to the cooking time
  • Cook as many slices as you want, cooking time and temperature stay the same. If you’re cooking for a crowd, you could even make two batches of bacon at once, using two baking sheets
