whole artichokes
1
lemon

olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Using a sharp knife, cut off the stem of the artichoke at the base. Then cut off about 1 inch from the top. Slice in half lengthwise.
Use a spoon to remove the fuzzy choke.
Squeeze lemon juice over all sides of the artichoke halves, then brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the bottom of the basket and return to the air fryer. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and the time for 15 minutes and cook.
Use tongs to remove from the air fryer and enjoy with melted butter.
