These Air Fryer Chicken Kabobs are so flavorful and tender! You'll love how easy it is to cook delicious chicken kabobs in the air fryer. Marinate them for extra flavor.
To prep this cooking method, we like to soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes so they are less likely to burn in the air fryer.
Go ahead and cut the chicken breast into pieces. Add them to a medium-sized bowl.
Stir up soy sauce, olive oil, honey, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the bowl of chicken. Stir to coat chicken completely in marinade.
At this point you can cook the chicken right away or let it marinade in the sauce.
When you're ready to cook the chicken, add about 7 pieces to each skewer, for a total of 4 skewers in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
Halfway through cooking time, pull out air fryer basket and flip the kebabs over. This helps them to brown evenly and avoid sticking to the air fryer basket.
When cooking time is up, check the chicken in several places with a meat thermometer. It should read at least 165 degrees. If not, cook chicken for another few minutes and check again.
If the chicken is done cooking, carefully remove the kabobs with a pair of tongs. Remove chicken from skewers and serve!
