This recipe for Air Fryer Chicken Leg Quarters makes juicy, tender chicken with crispy skin. Just the way everyone likes it! And it's such an easy process- just season chicken and pop in the air fryer until ready.
Lay 2 chicken leg quarters on a plate or preparation surface.
Sprinkle on seasonings, then flip chicken over, and sprinkle on the rest of the seasonings.
Place chicken in air fryer basket, skin side down first. This way the chicken finishes cooking with skin side up.
Cook for 25 minutes at 400 degrees, pausing halfway through cooking time to flip chicken over.
Once chicken is done cooking, you can double-check it with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should be at least 170 degrees. If not, cook for another 5 minutes.
When chicken is done, remove and place on serving plate.
