Air Fryer Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns

- 1 lb frozen hashbrowns
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put frozen hashbrowns and oil in a bowl, and toss with your hands until hashbrowns are coated with oil.
- Put hashbrowns in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400F and the time to 15 minutes for tender hashbrowns (or 18 minutes for crispy hashbrowns).
- After 5 minutes, mix the hashbrowns with a spatula to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom of the air fryer basket, then put the basket back in the air fryer.
- After another 5 minutes, mix the hashbrowns again, then put back in the air fryer and let them finish cooking.
- Remove the cooked hashbrowns from the air fryer and season with salt and pepper to taste.
