Air Fryer Kale Chips are a delicious, healthy snack with the perfect crunch! Kale leaves cook up crisp and tasty in the air fryer.

Ingredients

kale

olive oil

garlic powder
Instructions
Wash kale and dry with a paper towel. Cut off stems and roughly chop kale leaves.
Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle on seasoning.
Toss the kale to coat in toppings.
Add kale to air fryer basket.
Cook at 370 degrees for 5 minutes.
Remove cooked kale from air fryer basket with a spatula and add to serving bowl.

Be sure to remove kale stems as they do not crisp up
Olive oil is completely optional. It does add flavor and crunch.
If kale is not crispy after cooking time, place basket back in air fryer and cook for another 2-3 minutes
