Spray the silicone baking cups with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the eggs from sticking.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to each baking cup. Then put the water filled cups into the air fryer basket.
Put the air fryer basket into the air fryer. Then heat the water for 4 minutes at 400℉.
Carefully remove the air fryer basket. Now, crack one egg into each baking cup with the hot water. Do not remove the hot water.
Put the basket back into the air fryer and then cook the eggs at 360℉ to 6 minutes.
When the eggs are done cooking, use a spatula to remove them from the air fryer. Then use a spoon to gently remove the eggs from the baking cups. Now, season with salt and black pepper if you like and serve!
