portobello mushrooms

nonstick cooking spray or oil

Instructions
First prep the air fryer. Spray it with nonstick cooking spray or brush with oil.
Next season the mushrooms, gill side up. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Use a spatula to add mushrooms to the air fryer basket. Again, gill side up.
Set air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, carefully flip the mushrooms over and continue cooking.
Once done, remove portobello mushrooms from air fryer basket and plate for serving.

Basic seasonings are suggested here, but you can use any seasonings you love on portobellos
Be sure to flip mushrooms halfway through cooking time so they roast evenly and the gills don't burn
You can top these mushrooms with sauce, crumbled cheese, or roasted vegetables... Or slice and use in recipes like tacos, salads, and pasta
