large portobello mushroom caps

olive oil

tomato sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

Italian herb seasoning
Instructions
Brush the gill side of the portobellos with olive oil.
Put the portobellos in the air fryer basket gill side down. Cook in the air fryer at 400F for 9 minutes.
Flip the portobello mushrooms so they are gill side up. Sprinkle the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the portobellos and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the portobellos.
Cook the portobello pizzas in the air fryer at 400F for another 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
