Air Fryer Potatoes and Onions
For this easy recipe, you will take simple potatoes and onions and cook them in the air fryer for a tasty and fast side dish! The air fried potatoes and onions come out so crispy and brown! Delicious!

Instructions
First chop up the potatoes (peeled or unpeeled) and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400F and time to 20 minutes.
Then peel and chop the onion and add it to the mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
After the potatoes have cooked for 10 minutes, take out the basket and add in the onions. Stir them around to combine.
Return the basket to the air fryer and let it continue cooking.
After 5 minutes, take the basket out and shake to toss the veggies to ensure even browning.
Return the basket to the air fryer and let it finish cooking.
When done, remove the potatoes and onions to a serving plate and serve warm.
