Air Fryer Radishes
Air Fryer Radishes are a delicious, low-carb alternative to potatoes. Just chop and season! The air fryer cooks up radishes tender and perfectly browned.

Instructions
First prep the radishes. Wash them thoroughly and chop off the ends. Then slice them into quarters for quicker cooking.
Add to a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil and salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Using a spoon, toss to coat the radishes in the seasonings.
Add radishes to air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, pausing halfway through cooking time.
At the halfway point, pull the basket out of the air fryer and use a spatula to mix up and flip the radishes.
Replace basket in air fryer and allow to cook for the full amount of time. Once radishes are done, they'll be nicely browned and fork tender.
Use spatula to move radishes from air fryer basket to serving bowl.

This recipe calls for olive oil, but you can use any vegetable oil you prefer
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder are the basic seasonings, but feel free to add any others you like on vegetables
Be sure to shake up and flip radishes halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking
