Ingredients

small head cabbage

olive oil

salt

pepper

garlic powder
Instructions
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray.
Cut cabbage into wedges and put in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Brush the cabbage wedges with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook cabbage in the air fryer at 375F for 12 minutes.
Carefully remove roasted cabbage wedges from the air fryer using a spatula.
