Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Add Swai fish to air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, pull out basket and season fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Carefully flip fish over using spatula and season the other side.
Replace basket in air fryer and finish cooking. Generally, a frozen Swai fish fillet will take 10 minutes to cook in the air fryer, but the thickness of the fillet can require a longer cooking time. If you are unsure, check the internal temperature (should be at least 145 degrees) and cook for another 2-3 minutes if necessary.
Once fish is done cooking, remove from basket with a spatula and place on serving plate.

Notes
You can use fresh or frozen fish. If using fresh, season before heating in air fryer and reduce cooking time by 5 minutes
Nonstick cooking spray prevents the fish from sticking to the air fryer basket. You can also brush the bottom of the basket with cooking oil.
Don't worry if the fish doesn't fit perfectly in the air fryer basket at first, the fillet will shrink a bit as it cooks
