spaghetti squash
Instructions
Poke several holes in the whole spaghetti squash with a knife (to prevent it from exploding while cooking).
Put spaghetti squash in the air fryer.
Cook spaghetti squash in the air fryer at 400F for 40 minutes.
Remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer. Let the squash cool down for about 15 minutes, as it's very hot.
Carefully remove cooked whole spaghetti squash on a plate. Cut it in half and scoop out the seeds.
With a fork, separate the spaghetti squash into strands. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
