Wash both the zucchini and squash and slice off the ends. Cut zucchini lengthwise twice- into 4 long pieces. Then chop it into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl. Repeat with squash.
Drizzle in olive oil and add seasonings. Toss produce to coat in oil and seasonings.
Add contents of bowl to air fryer basket and close up air fryer.
Set to cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open the air fryer and shake the basket to shuffle around the zucchini and squash. This helps to brown everything more evenly. Replace basket in air fryer and continue cooking.
When time is up, open up air fryer and use a spatula to move tender zucchini and squash to a serving bowl or plate.
