optional- can leave it out if apple is sweet, add 1 tsp-1 Tbsp depending on desired sweetness

Instructions
Wash apple and cut it into pieces that will fit in the blender. Discard the core.
Add apple pieces to the blender cup. Top with Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon.
Blend everything for about 10-15 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.

Notes
Honey and cinnamon are both optional in this recipe
We left the peel on the apple, but you can feel free to take it off if that's your preference
After blending, check that there are no remaining chunks of apple before pouring the smoothie into a glass
