Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Add a piece of parchment paper to a cooking sheet.
Lay out chicken thighs and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub seasonings into chicken.
Flip chicken pieces over and season again. Rub seasonings in once more to coat entire chicken thighs.
Lay chicken out in a single layer on the baking sheet. Cook for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers at least 180 degrees when inserted into the thighs.
