Baked Lemon Garlic Butter Fish
This baked lemon butter fish is amazing! This is my favorite way to cook tilapia or other white fish! Super easy to make and so flavorful with lemon garlic butter sauce!

Ingredients

lbs
tilapia or white fish fillets
6
garlic cloves
minced
4
tbsp
butter
melted
2
lemons
1
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
1/2
bunch chopped dill or parsley
for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Spray a non-stick 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter and minced garlic. Rub the fish with garlic butter mixture all over, so all the fish is coated with it.
Put the fish in a baking dish in a single layer.
Squeeze 1 lemon over the fish.
Slice the second lemon and arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish fillets.
Put the fish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Take the baked fish out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley.
