This cheesy baked salmon is amazing! Slather the salmon with mayo, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake! Super easy recipe and looks so impressive and tastes so yummy!

salmon fillets
(one large fillet like on the photo or single-serving pieces)

mayo
3/4
cup
shredded cheddar cheese

garlic
minced

chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rub the salmon with salt and pepper and put on a baking sheet.
In a cup, mix the mayo and minced garlic.
Spread the mayo on top of salmon.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of salmon.
Put the baking sheet with salmon in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
If desired, sprinkle baked salmon with fresh parsley for garnish before serving.
Notes
