It's so easy to make tender and flavorful Baked Thin Sliced Chicken Breast in the oven! Just season and bake for a healthy chicken dish that's perfectly cooked.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Top chicken with a drizzle of olive oil and seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub seasonings and oil on chicken to coat the pieces evenly. Flip chicken over and repeat the process- season and rub all over the chicken.
Lay seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 13 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken.
Once the chicken is done cooking, remove it from the oven and serve!
You can omit the oil if you prefer, but it does keep the chicken moist during the baking process
