Bisquick Breakfast Casserole
This Bisquick Breakfast Casserole is delicious and filling, with plenty of portions to feed a crowd! Made with sausage, eggs, and cheese, it's the perfect dish for when you want a hearty breakfast.

Ingredients

ground sausage

Bisquick baking mix

shredded cheddar cheese

nonstick spray
Instructions
First preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet until done.
Next, mix the casserole ingredients in a bowl. Add the 4 eggs and whisk them up.
Pour in 2 cups of milk and whisk again.
Finally, add the dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cup of Bisquick and 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to incorporate.
Spray nonstick cooking spray or brush butter on a 9" x 13" casserole dish.
Using a slotted spoon, scoop the sausage out of the frying pan and into the bottom of the dish.
Pour in the casserole ingredients on top.
Bake for 35 minutes then remove from oven.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes
Use a slotted spoon to scoop the sausage and keep the majority of the cooking grease in the frying pan.
You can prep the casserole dish with nonstick spray or brush it with butter, this helps with easier clean-up
For best results, allow the casserole to cool down for 5 minutes before serving
