Be sure that a steel blade is in the food processor. This will make it easier to blend the ingredients into a smooth mixture for the salad.Pull bologna stack out of package and slice into quarters. Add to food processor.
Next, add eggs, mayo, and relish.
Place lid on food processor and blend until ingredients are a paste consistency.
Open food processor and scoop salad into serving bowl. From here, you can serve as a dip or spread onto sandwich bread or crackers.

The amount of mayo and relish is up to you. This recipe provides suggestions, but you can add to taste
After processing the ingredients for a few moments, turn off machine and use a spoon to incorporate any unblended pieces of bologna at the top. Replace lid and resume blending until done
