- 19 oz brats 1 pack
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
- Open up a pack of brats and lay them out in a single layer on top of the parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake meat for 25 minutes.
- Once brats are done cooking, pull them out of the oven and use tongs to move them from the baking sheet to a serving plate.
Notes
- Be sure to space the brats out on the baking sheet, so they cook evenly all around
- No need to flip these brats during cooking time
- To check doneness of brats, use a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature is at least 180 degrees
