Instructions
Add 1 cup of brown Jasmine rice and 1 1/2 cups of water to an instant pot.
Close the lid of the pot and turn the valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 21 minutes.
Next, allow the steam to naturally release for 30 minutes.
Finally, quick release any remaining steam. Once the pin has dropped, open the instant pot. Use a big spoon to mix up and fluff rice.
Add the rice to a serving bowl or plate for enjoying.

Notes
You can add 1/8-1/4 tsp of salt to the rice and water mixture before cooking if you would like to boost the flavor
Make sure valve is in the sealing position before you program the instant pot
Be careful when quick releasing the steam as it can spray droplets of hot water
