Start by cutting your chicken into very small pieces. Slice chicken breast or thigh into strips and then chop into smaller pieces.
Pour olive oil into a nonstick skillet and add the chicken. Turn the heat to high.
Once the chicken starts sizzling, you can turn the heat down to medium high and stir the chicken in the cooking oil.
Cook the chicken for about 8 minutes, stirring every minute, or until the chicken is done.
Pour in the buffalo sauce and use a spatula to coat chicken in sauce. Once sauce is heated through you can turn off the heat. If you would like, you can add salt at this point.
