Instructions
Mix all the spices to make a spice rub.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Rub the salmon liberally with the spice rub.
Put the salmon in a frying pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side (or until it blackens to your liking).
When the salmon is cooked through (flakes easily with the fork), remove from heat and serve.
