Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Prep 9" pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll pre-made pie crust into pan and press to fit the shape of the tin.
Add two eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk them up.
Next add cocoa powder and sugar and stir it all up.
Pour in melted butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Pour entire mixture into pie crust covered pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven. Allow the pie to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

To prep the melted butter in this recipe, it's easiest to use the microwave
Use a spoon or spatula to make sure all the liquid filling from the mixing bowl gets poured into the pie crust
You may need a spatula to remove the first piece of the pie
