Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the cookies don't stick to it.
Add coconut, milk, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour in most of chocolate chips (reserve about 2 T) and stir to mix it all up.
Use a large spoon or your hands to drop cookie balls onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet. This recipe will make about 12-13 cookies.
Top the raw cookie balls with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake macaroons for 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. The middles will solidify as they cool.
Set them out to cool for 30 minutes, then enjoy!

Enjoy this batter as a treat (no eggs) or bake it up into delicious macaroons
Use your fingers or a spoon to help shape the cookie batter into round shapes on the parchment paper
Be sure to add a bit of the chocolate chips on top of the raw cookie balls- you'll be able to see them better after baking
