Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the bread slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Brush the bread slices with olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of Italian herb seasoning.
Put the bread slices in the oven and bake for 7 minutes.
Put the toasted bread on a serving platter in a single layer.
Spread the bread slices with goat cheese.
Top the bread slices with cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle the bruschetta with remaining 1/2 tsp of Italian herb seasoning.
