Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Grease a 9x5 inch non-stick loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar and butter. Add the eggs and mix. Add orange juice concentrate and mix until combined.
Add flour, baking powder and salt, and mix until smooth.
Add the cranberries and carefully mix them into the batter with the spoon.
Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Put the cranberry orange bread in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
