These Instant Pot cubed sweet potatoes are amazing! Just put cubed sweet potatoes and water in the Instant Pot and it will cook them to perfection in minutes! Instant pot steamed sweet potato chunks are so tender and mouthwatering!

  • 4 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • seasonings to taste (try butter, cinnamon, maple syrup)

Instructions

  • Add water and sweet potato cubes to the Instant Pot. Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 3 minutes for tender sweet potatoes (or 2 minutes for firmer sweet potatoes).
  • When the Instant Pot is done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam and drain the sweet potatoes.
  • Put cooked sweet potato cubes in a serving dish and add seasonings to taste (try melted butter, cinnamon and maple syrup).
