Easy Pan Fried Sweet Potatoes
These pan-fried sweet potatoes are so easy to make and taste amazing! Perfect for breakfast or as a side dish!

Ingredients

sweet potato

tbsp
vegetable oil

chili powder
Instructions
Peel the sweet potato and cut into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sweet potato slices to the frying pan. Cook, stirring every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are browned and cooked through.
Sprinkle sweet potato slices with chili powder and stir to coat. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat and serve.
Notes
If you double the recipe, just use 2 frying pans over 2 burners with 1 sweet potato in each pan, so the sweet potato slices are not crowded.
