Fried Bananas
Naturally sweet and absolutely delicious, these tender caramelized Fried Bananas are super easy to make and a healthy dessert or snack that you can feel good about!

Instructions
Peel the bananas. Then cut each one in half and then cut each piece in half lengthwise.
Add some oil to a large non-stick frying pan and then add the bananas flat side down.
Turn the heat on to high and then wait until the oil starts to sizzle.
Once the oil is sizzling, reduce the heat to medium and cook the bananas for 3 minutes or until they have browned on that side.
Then flip the bananas over and cook them for 3 minutes on the other side.
After the bananas have caramelized a bit on both sides, remove them from the frying pan and serve them immediately to enjoy!
