- 4 tbsp cold water divided
Instructions
- Place frozen berries in a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
- Process until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- If the mixture is crumbly, add 2 tablespoons of cold water.
- Blend for another 30 seconds and check the consistency.
- If needed, add 2 more tablespoons of cold water and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water if required, but be cautious not to add too much to avoid turning it into a smoothie.
- Optional: For a sweeter taste, add honey. For added flavor, consider adding a splash of lemon juice along with the honey.
