- No need to defrost-- the air fryer cooks these lobster cakes from frozen. Open the air fryer and place the lobster cakes inside the basket. Close up the air fryer.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. When the lobster cakes are done cooking, remove them with a spatula.
- Place lobster cakes on a serving platter and enjoy!
Notes
- Be sure to add the lobster cakes to the air fryer basket in a single layer for the most even cooking/browning
- Optional: you can flip the lobster cakes halfway through cooking time
