Open and drain a can of tuna. Add tuna to a one-serving bowl. Use a fork to break up any large pieces of tuna.
Peel and slice 1/4 of an onion. Chop the onion slices into very small pieces to blend in with the tuna salad. Drop the onion into the bowl with the tuna.
Add 3 Tablespoons of Greek yogurt to the bowl and finish off with a squeeze from the lemon wedge.
Now mix everything together with a fork. If you would like, you can add salt and pepper to taste.
