Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheese cheddar, provolone, or your choice
- 2 slices deli turkey
- 3 strip roasted marinated red peppers
Instructions
- Place one slice of cheese on one piece of bread.
- Add 2 slices of turkey on top of the cheese.
- Lay a few strips of roasted marinated red peppers on top of the turkey.
- Top with the second slice of cheese and the second piece of bread.
- Optionally, spread butter on the outer sides of the bread for extra crispiness.
- Place the sandwich in a preheated panini press and grill until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the panini press, cut in half, and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese or bread you prefer.
- If you don't have a panini press, you can grill the sandwich in a skillet, pressing down with a spatula for similar results.
