Healthy No-Bake Coconut Balls
These easy no-bake coconut balls are so healthy and delicious! They are gluten-free, refined sugar free, raw, vegan and taste amazing! This recipe is a must-make for coconut lovers!

Ingredients

unsweetened coconut flakes
divided
1/3
cup
maple syrup

tbsp
coconut oil

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Put 2 cups of coconut flakes, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Put the remaining 1/4 cup of coconut flakes on a plate.
Line another large plate with parchment paper.
Roll the coconut mixture into 1-inch balls, then dip the coconut balls in coconut flakes. Put the coconut balls on parchment-paper-lined plate.
Put the plate with coconut balls in a refrigerator and chill for at least one hour.
