butter

garlic cloves

soy sauce

mirin
Instructions
Prep your chicken by cutting it into small pieces.
Heat a frying pan on high and add butter.
Once the butter melts, add the garlic and cook for about a minute, stirring.
Then add in chicken and mix together.
Pour soy sauce and mirin into a small bowl or liquid measuring cup. Whisk with a fork until combined. Set aside while the chicken is cooking.
Stir chicken and cook until it has lightly browned. Then add sauce to pan. Mix together chicken pieces and sauce.
Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and sauce has reduced and thickened. Total cooking time will be around 7 minutes.
Turn off the heat and move chicken to a serving plate. It's ready to enjoy!
