Flavorful Hibachi Steak is so easy to cook in a skillet! Just add butter, garlic, soy sauce, and mirin to steak bites for a delicious, protein-packed dinner.
Prep your pound of steak by cutting it into small pieces.
Heat a skillet to high heat.
Add two tablespoons of butter.
Once butter is melted, add garlic.
After about 10-20 seconds (you'll start to smell the garlic), add the steak pieces to the skillet. Stir with a spatula to coat steak in butter and garlic.
Cook steak for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, add soy sauce and mirin to a cup. Stir to make one sauce.
Pour sauce over steak. Stir to mix everything again.
Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until steak is cooked to your liking.
Turn off heat and move steak to a serving plate.

This recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of minced garlic (or 2 cloves)
Be sure to mix the steak in toppings to fully coat the meat in sauce
