about 5 thin slices
Instructions
Start by toasting your slice of bread until it is golden brown.
Next, spread about a Tablespoon of hummus from edge to edge.
Cut 5 thin slices off of a cucumber. Layer the slices on top of the hummus.

This recipe can make as many servings as you like, just toast however many slices of bread you need
