Instructions
Put water and baby carrots in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position. Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 4 minutes on High pressure.
When it's done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam.
Drain baby carrots and return them to the Instant Pot.
Pour the honey and sprinkle the cinnamon over the baby carrots. Toss until all the carrots are evenly coated with honey and cinnamon.
