pork belly

garlic cloves
peeled

soy sauce

cup
water

brown sugar
Instructions
Cut the pork belly into pieces and add to the instant pot.
Pour in soy sauce and water. Then add brown sugar and garlic cloves.
Close up instant pot and seal up the valve.
Press "Pressure Cook" button and choose "High Pressure". Set the timer for 30 minutes.
Once cooking time is up, quick release the steam. Be sure pin has dropped before attempting to open the instant pot.
Remove pork belly from instant pot and enjoy!

Notes
Garlic cloves need to be peeled, but not sliced. They are simply in the pot to infuse the pork with flavor.
You can scoop the pork out of the instant pot liquid or use the sauce as a gravy
If you would like, try different sauces with this dish. Braised pork belly is delicious with hot sauce, bbq sauce, or even honey
